Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Eleni Samonte. By submitting a Heartfelt Note through this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
 

1. Submission of Your Heartfelt Note

By submitting a Heartfelt Note, testimonial, review, or other written message (“Submission”), you confirm that the information you provide is truthful and represents your own experience with Eleni Samonte’s content, including YouTube videos.

You are not required to submit a Heartfelt Note, and you should only submit one if you genuinely wish to share your experience.

2. Permission to Share Your Submission

By checking the consent box on the submission form, you give Eleni Samonte permission to publicly share your first name and submitted message.

Your Submission may be shared on Eleni Samonte’s website and in connection with her content, creations, and future offerings, including for purposes of displaying testimonials or sharing audience experiences.

Your last name and email address will not be publicly displayed as part of your Heartfelt Note.

3. Editing and Formatting

Eleni Samonte may make minor edits to your Submission for spelling, grammar, length, formatting, or clarity, provided that the meaning and substance of your message are not intentionally changed.

Your Submission may also be shortened or excerpted when appropriate.

4. Your Rights and Responsibility

By submitting a Heartfelt Note, you confirm that:

  • The Submission is your own original writing or that you have the necessary permission to provide it.

  • The Submission does not knowingly violate another person’s rights.

  • The Submission does not contain confidential or private information about another person that you do not have permission to share.

  • You understand that anything you authorize to be shared publicly may be viewed by other people online.

5. No Obligation to Publish

Submitting a Heartfelt Note does not guarantee that it will be published or featured.

Eleni Samonte reserves the right to choose which Submissions are displayed and may decline, remove, or discontinue use of a Submission at any time.

6. Acceptance of These Terms

By submitting a Heartfelt Note and selecting the consent checkbox, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and give permission for your first name and message to be shared publicly as described above.
