2. Nature of the Services
Personalized Channeled Message and Inner Alchemy Shift are intended to support personal reflection, spiritual guidance, self-awareness, and personal growth.
Depending on the service purchased, offerings may incorporate intuitive guidance, channeled messages, tarot cards, oracle cards, thoughtful reflection, and practical suggestions.
Inner Alchemy Shift includes personalized written guidance. Where stated on the service page, clients may choose to submit their intake responses either in writing or through an optional voice recording, subject to the guidelines provided on that page.
All services are provided for educational, spiritual, and personal development purposes only.
3. Disclaimer
Services are offered in good faith and are based on intuitive and spiritual practices, which are inherently subjective.
Services are intended for spiritual guidance and personal reflection. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, financial, tax, investment, or other licensed professional advice or treatment.
No guarantees, promises, or predictions are made regarding future events, outcomes, or specific results. Any guidance provided is intended to support your own discernment and decision-making. Individual experiences will vary.
By purchasing a service, you acknowledge that intuitive guidance is subjective in nature and that any decisions you make based on the information provided are made at your own discretion.
4. Personal Responsibility
By purchasing any service, you acknowledge that you remain solely responsible for your own choices, actions, and decisions.
Guidance provided through these services should not be interpreted as absolute fact or certainty and should never replace your own judgment or professional advice when appropriate.
If submitting a voice recording as part of your intake, you are responsible for providing an accessible share link. Recordings exceeding the stated time limit for the service will need to be shortened and resubmitted before work can begin.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines are listed on each individual service page and begin once your completed intake form has been submitted. If your service includes an optional voice recording, the delivery timeline begins once both your completed form and voice recording have been submitted. If additional information is required to complete your service, delivery may be delayed until the necessary information has been received.
6. Delivery & Access
For services that include a personalized audio or video recording, access will be provided through a private link.
Recordings will remain available for six (6) months from the date they are delivered. After this period, access may be removed without notice and the recording may no longer be available.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of these services and the time required to create them, all sales are final.
Refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or returns are not available once payment has been received.

9. Right to Decline Service
I reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service request that falls outside the scope of my offerings or is not aligned with these Terms & Conditions.
If I decline a request before work has begun, a full refund will be issued.
10. Confidentiality
Information shared through submission forms and communications will be treated with care and used solely for the purpose of providing your purchased service.
Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to process payments, comply with legal obligations, or as otherwise described in my Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
All personalized recordings, written guidance, digital documents, and other materials created as part of your purchased service are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Eleni Samonte unless otherwise stated.
These materials are provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, published, resold, shared publicly, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13. Age Requirement
Services are available only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
By purchasing a service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
14. Testimonials
By voluntarily submitting a testimonial or review through my website or designated feedback form, you give me permission to use it for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to my website, social media platforms, email communications, and other business materials.
Personal identifying information will not be shared beyond the name or identifier you choose to provide with your testimonial.
15. Changes to These Terms
I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on this website. The version of these Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
